PIÑA ASADA CON COULIS DE FRUTOS ROJOS por BarPanxo

PINYA ROSTIDA AMB COULIS DE FRUITS VERMELLS 

INGREDIENTS

1 pinya madura 
50 g de gerds 
50 g de mores 
50 g de nabius 
50 g de sucre 
menta

PREPARACIÓ

Peleu la pinya i tallar-la a daus grans. Col·locar en un recipient, cobrir-la amb paper film i fer foradets. Rostir al microones a potència màxima 10 minuts. Passar a un bol les fruites amb el sucre i coure-les al microones a potència màxima (900 W) durant 4 minuts. Servir els daus amb el coulis i decorar amb fulles de menta.

1 piña madura
50 g de frambuesas 
50 g de moras
50 g de arándanos 
50 g de azúcar 
hierbabuena

PREPARACIÓN

Pelar la piña y cortarla en dados grandes. Colocarla en un recipiente, cubrirla con papel film y hacerle pequeños agujeros. Asarla en el microondas a potencia máxima 10 minutos. Pasar a un cuenco las frutas con el azúcar y cocerlas en el microondas a potencia máxima (900 W) durante 4 minutos. Servir los dados con el coulis y decorarlo con hojas de hierbabuena. 

GRILLED PINEAPPLE WITH RED FRUIT COULIS 

INGREDIENTS
(6 people)

1 ripe pineapple
50 g of raspberries 
50 g of blackberries 
50 g of blueberry 
50 g of sugar
Mint

PREPARATION

Peel the pineapple and cut into large dice. Place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and make small holes. Roast in the microwave on high power 10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl of fruit with sugar and cook in the microwave on high power (900 W) for 4 minutes. Serve dice with the coulis and decorate with mint leaves.
